四維水晶石祝賀世 界級(jí)跨海工程——深中通道項(xiàng)目順利通車

          在全 球矚目中,經(jīng)過(guò)中國(guó)建設(shè)者多年的精心籌備與建設(shè),世 界級(jí)跨海集群工程——深中通道于2024年6月30日正式宣告通車。這一歷史性時(shí)刻不僅標(biāo)志著珠江口東西兩岸交通瓶頸的突破,更是中國(guó)乃至世界橋梁建設(shè)史上的又一里程碑。

          我司作為工程信息化服務(wù)單位,有幸在深中通道項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中受中交第二航務(wù)工程局有限公司、武昌船舶重工集團(tuán)有限公司等單位委托,為該工程精心研發(fā)了深中通道數(shù)字沙盤管理系統(tǒng)、箱梁施工動(dòng)態(tài)碰撞檢查仿真系統(tǒng)等軟件系統(tǒng),并制作了一系列三維施工動(dòng)畫

          其中,深中通道數(shù)字沙盤管理系統(tǒng)具備臨建場(chǎng)地、施工場(chǎng)景的搭建和施工推演功能,上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工動(dòng)態(tài)碰撞檢查仿真系統(tǒng)采用了全仿真操縱設(shè)備,這些軟件系統(tǒng)為項(xiàng)目的順利推進(jìn)與最終通車提供了信息化方面強(qiáng)有力的技術(shù)支持。

          深中通道數(shù)字沙盤管理系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從施工初期到建成的初步數(shù)字孿生平臺(tái)管理。深中通道數(shù)字沙盤管理系統(tǒng)集成了BIM技術(shù),在以CAD圖紙為平面底圖環(huán)境上構(gòu)建了高精度的參數(shù)化三維模型。該模型尺寸準(zhǔn)確、信息完整、具備參數(shù)化能力,塔吊等設(shè)備參數(shù)全仿真制作,可實(shí)時(shí)操縱,支持傳感器數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)更新與查詢,為項(xiàng)目管理團(tuán)隊(duì)提供了詳盡、直觀的技術(shù)支持;通過(guò)提前推演施工過(guò)程,系統(tǒng)能夠精 準(zhǔn)校對(duì)臨建場(chǎng)地的最 佳位置,進(jìn)行了錨碇等施工的施工工藝細(xì)節(jié)推敲,有效規(guī)避了潛在技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為該項(xiàng)目的順利施工提供了強(qiáng)有力的信息化技術(shù)支持。該系統(tǒng)不僅 限于展示功能,還具備較強(qiáng)大的項(xiàng)目管理能力,它結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻監(jiān)控、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)、橋梁設(shè)備等的各類傳感器數(shù)據(jù),集成多種數(shù)據(jù)源,提供三維互動(dòng)操作、數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)注、數(shù)據(jù)軌跡等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)項(xiàng)目的全 方位、精細(xì)化的實(shí)時(shí)管理。借助數(shù)字沙盤管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)分析與可視化展示功能,項(xiàng)目管理者能夠迅速掌握項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展、識(shí)別潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并據(jù)此做出科學(xué)、高 效的決策。

          我司為深中通道項(xiàng)目提供的上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工動(dòng)態(tài)碰撞檢查仿真系統(tǒng)幫助深中通道的建設(shè)者在橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工中提前發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決潛在的施工結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn),完成施工工藝的詳細(xì)推演論證。

          In the global attention, after years of careful preparation and construction by Chinese builders, the world-class cross-sea cluster project - Shenzhen-China Corridor was officially declared open to traffic on June 30, 2024. This historic moment not only marks the breakthrough of the traffic bottleneck on the east and west sides of the Pearl River Estuary, but also another milestone in the history of bridge construction in China and even the world.

          As an engineering information service unit, our company was fortunate to be entrusted by CCCC Second Harbor Engineering Company Ltd. and Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Group Co.,Ltd. during the construction of the Shenzhen-China Passage project. We carefully developed software systems such as the digital sand table management system of the Shenzhen-China Passage and the simulation system for dynamic collision inspection of box girder construction for the project, and produced a series of 3D construction animations.

          Among them, the Shenzhen-Middle Passage digital sand table management system has the functions of constructing temporary construction sites and construction scenes and construction inference. The superstructure construction dynamic collision inspection simulation system adopts full simulation control equipment. These software systems provide strong technical support in informatization for the smooth promotion and final opening to traffic of the project.

          The digital sandtable management system of Shenzhen-Middle channel realizes the management of the preliminary digital twin platform from the initial stage of construction to completion. The digital sandtable management system of Shenzhen-China channel integrates BIM technology, and constructs a high-precision parametric 3D model on the basis of CAD drawings. The model has accurate size, complete information, parameterization ability, full simulation of tower crane and other equipment parameters, real-time manipulation, real-time update and query of sensor data, and provides detailed and intuitive technical support for the project management team; By rehearsing the construction process in advance, the system can accurately check the best location of the temporary construction site, and carry out the construction process details of anchoring and other construction, effectively avoid potential technical risks, and provide strong information technology support for the smooth construction of the project. The system is not only limited to display functions, but also has strong project management capabilities. It combines various sensor data of on-site video surveillance, environmental monitoring, bridge equipment, etc., integrates various data sources, provides three-dimensional interactive operation, data annotation, data trajectory and other functions to achieve comprehensive and refined real-time management of the project. With the real-time data analysis and visual display function of the digital sand table management system, project managers can quickly grasp the progress of the project, identify potential risks, and make scientific and efficient decisions accordingly.

          The superstructure construction dynamic collision inspection simulation system provided by our company for the Shenzhen-China Passage project helps the builders of the Shenzhen-China Passage to discover and solve the potential dynamic collision risk of the construction structure in advance during the construction of the bridge superstructure, and complete the detailed elaboration and demonstration of the construction technology.

          With the opening of the Shenzhen-China Corridor, a more convenient, efficient and prosperous regional transport network is taking shape.
